Cuxport is reached via highway A27.

The road ends at the Cuxhaven roundabout,

where there is a sign indicating the approach road to the port ("Häfen").

On the port approach road, take the next turn-off on the right (Neufelder Schanze).

The road ends directly at the Cuxport Terminal 1.
