Cuxport is ideally equipped for the handling and storage of forest products i.e. paper rolls, medium density fibreboards (MDF-boards) and timber packages of all types, sizes and weights.

We provide 10,000 square metres of shed space, 3,100 square metres of which are temperature-controlled. Another 5,500 square metres offer weather-protected loading and unloading of rail wagons.

And the required equipment is available too - with special forklifts capable to handle forest products, including brackets (upto 8 to. payload and rolls-calibre between 80 cm and 150 cm), ensure that your goods will be handled with due care.

So called “WISA” awnings are used on Mafi-Trailers to ensure dry loading and unloading of the paper rolls onto/from the vessels.
As a result, Cuxport is an expert handling centre for paper, laminates, timber and similarly sensitive products.
